We only register candidates with a minimum of two years sole charge working experience and/or appropriate childcare qualification. Candidates are interviewed at length and a minimum of two written references are taken - these are followed up verbally. We also obtain a number of forms of identification, a copy of their qualifications and ensure the appropriate level of security checks are in place.
